Chemical Name: Bis[γ-(triethoxysilyl-propyl]-disulfide
Applications:
A good silicone coupling agent with multifunctional groups. It can improve the elastic modulus and tensile strength, significantly improved wear resistance and compression properties of rubber, and lower viscosity of rubber materials and save energy consumption. It can be used in rubber with double-bond polymers or their blends and use hydroxyl fillers at the same time. Suitable fillers include white soot, silicates, chalk, etc.; suitable rubbers include Natural rubber (NR), styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), isoprene rubber (IR), butadiene rubber (BR), nitrile rubber (NBR) and EPDM rubber (EPDM), etc. Compared with JL-Si69C, JL-Si75C can offers higher scorch safety for it contains low active dithio groups.
